Jupiter House Co. was created around a simple problem: homeowners regularly need a reliable person to be at the house when they can’t be.

Sometimes it’s a contractor appointment. Sometimes it’s a package, an HOA notice, a trip out of town or a storm that passed through. Those situations don’t always require a property manager or a tradesperson. They require someone local, responsive and capable of handling the details.
